Michael Chiarello's Bottega Cook Book and Progresso Lemon Pepper Panko - Review & Giveaway!

I will be completely honest here and tell you that I LOVE TO COOK, yup it is true. I love to be in the kitchen creating wonderful meals for my family. So when my blog spark let me know of an opportunity to work with both them and  Progresso I quickly said Yes!! Soon I received a prize pack which included a package of Lemon Pepper Panko and a signed copy of  Michael Chiarello’s Bottega Cookbook.

Cookbooks are my weakness, I love to look through cookbooks and I love the ones with a story to tell.
Michael Chiarello's does just that, there are little tidbits of info and beautiful pictures of not only food but also of his family and friends. For some this cookbook may be a little too fancy with one of the recipes being Wood-Grilled Octopus "Under a Brick" with Olive Oil- Braised Potatoes.  There are a few that look so wonderful that you just have to take a chance and prepare them. One that I will be trying very soon is the Strawberry Tiramisu Semifreddo. It looks so yummy.

Soon after I received my prize pack I snatched the Lemon Pepper Panko and started figuring out what I wanted to do with it. I decided to make breaded pork chops and oh my goodness were they ever a hit.

  7. My husband likes me to make things like meatloaf and country fried steak. But my fave recipe to make is probably a new one I just discovered for the crockpot. It is a chicken and gravy over rice that is to die for.
